摘　　要：为了实现余热锅炉产品定制生产,提出了基于事物特性表技术的产品快速设计系统。借助SQL Server的数据读写功能建立事物特性表,并利用VB.NET平台对Solidworks的特性表进行二次开发。对参数属性和主模型递阶控制结构进行分析,实现对零部件进行事物特性提取,并阐述零部件的建模过程。应用设计结构矩阵的配置技术对蒸发器实行可视化的结构配置,并对获得的方案进行配置评估,得到符合订单要求的配置结构,最后应用实例验证了该系统的有效性。In order to achieve customization of waste heat boiler products,parametric product variant design system was presented based on tabular layouts of article characteristics（ SML）. Then,by using the table processing capabilities of SQL Server,the SML was created,the secondary development of characteristics table in Solidworks can be achieved through VB. NET. Through the analysis of the parameter attributes and hierarchical control structure of the main model,it brings about the extraction of the article characteristics. And the process of modeling of the parts was expounded. Application design structure matrix configuration technique implements visible structural arrangement of the evaporator,and the obtained configuration is evaluated in accordance with the order to obtain the required configuration structure. Finally,the reliability of the system was verified with the special applying example.
