摘　　要：对于建设和管理由开源社区主导的项目,设计时并没有一种唯一正确的方法,但一些常用工具和实践可以帮助完成这项工作。总结了大多数开源项目常用的工具,并推荐了使用这些工具建设社区的几种方法,为创建社区创造最佳条件。There is not a single correct method for the design of construction and management project,which led by open source community,but some of the common tools and practice can help us finish the job. This paper summarizes the commonly used tools by most open source projects,and recommends the use of these tools to creat the best conditions for the construction of community.
