综合护理干预在预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后腹胀中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后腹胀的效果。方法选取行妇科腹腔镜手术的124例患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施;观察组患者给予综合护理干预措施,比较腹胀、应激反应等相关指标。结果观察组腹胀发生率、胃肠蠕动开始时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、出院时间、术后外周血血糖、胰岛素、NRS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预措施能有效减少或避免腹胀的发生,促进胃肠蠕动,缩短应激反应恢复时间。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of postoperative abdominal distension in patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods A total of 124 patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was conducted with routine nursing,while the observation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention. Abdominal distension,stress response and other related indexes were compared between two groups. Results Indexes such as abdominal distension,start time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,exhaust time,bed activity time,discharge time,postoperative peripheral blood glucose,insulin and NRS score in the observation group were significantly shorter and lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of abdominal distension,promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and shorten the stress response time.
