摘　　要：目的了解德阳市中江县年龄≥20岁农村居民糖尿病和代谢综合征的患病情况并分析相关因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,从中江县随机抽取20岁以上常住居民共计678人进行问卷调查、人体测量学指标测定以及实验室检查。用SPSS统计软件分析该县常住人口的糖尿病和代谢综合征的患病情况。结果中江县年龄≥20岁常住人口糖尿病患病率为7.50%,其中男性患病率为4.42%,女性为9.4%。不同性别、年龄、文化程度以及肥胖、糖尿病家族史、脂代谢和高血压等因素与糖尿病患病率之间的关系具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。代谢综合征的患病率为44.3%,在糖尿病患者中,代谢综合征患者有40人,患病率为81.6%。结论糖尿病及代谢综合征的患病与多因素相关,应针对高危人群重点防控,以降低居民的糖尿病患病率,改善生存质量。Objective To explore incidence of diabetes and the metabolic syndrome of rural residents at age of 20 years old or more in Zhongjiang County of Deyang city,and to analyze the related factors. Methods Using multistage random sampling method,a total of 678 people above 20 years old were randomly selected from permanent residents from Zhongjiang County and were conducted with questionnaire,anthropometry index measurement and laboratory tests. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze diabetes and the metabolic syndrome. Results The incidence of diabetes was 7. 50% in Zhongjiang County above 20 years or more with 4. 42% of men and 9. 4% of women.Differences of correlation between gender,age,culture level,obesity,family history of diabetes,lipid metabolism and hypertension and incidence of diabetes were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）.The incidence of the metabolic syndrome was 44. 3%. In patients with diabetes,there were 40 people with metabolic syndrome and the incidence was 81. 6%. Conclusion Diabetes and the metabolic syndrome are associated with multiple factors,so prevention and control should be focused so as to reduce the incidence of diabetes and to improve the quality of life.
