摘  要:高校学生教学信息员制度是教学质量监督体系重要组成部分,是学生参与教学管理工作的直接体现.本文对蚌埠医学院学生教学信息员制度的实践活动进行全面总结,充分肯定该项工作在构建师生沟通交流平台、健全教学质量监控体系、促进教学改革、培养学生能力各方面取得的显著成效.认真分析存在的问题,并从强化宣传,提升思想认识;科学聘用,加强指导;创新现代化的信息反馈机制等方面提出相应的优化对策,进而有效提升教学质量与管理水平.College student messenger system is an important part of teaching quality monitoring system in colleges. It also gives an effective expression of students' role in the supervision of college teaching. The paper gives an overall summary of the practice of college student messenger system in Bengbu Medical College, and recognizes the notable achievement of such practice in all aspects, such as establishing a communication platform for teachers and students, perfecting teaching quality monitoring system, promoting teaching reform and fostering the capability of students. Strategies of improving college student messenger system are also proposed in such aspects as reflecting the present problems, strengthening publicity, en-hancing thinking and understanding, taking a scientific approach to employing and guiding student messengers, and innovating modernized information feedback mechanism. It is hoped that the strategies will help to give full play to the student messen-ger system and effectively upgrade teaching quality and supervision in colleges.
