摘  要:我国在制造业转型升级过程中需要大量的工业设计人才,但原有的以艺术类为主体的工业设计专业人才培养模式存在弊端。在对现代工业设计概念的理解以及产业转型升级需求的分析下,提出工业设计专业应改变艺术类招生的单一性,根据能力目标优化设计与制造企业相对接的专业课程体系,组建和培养具有系统工业设计观念和项目工程实践能力的专业师资队伍,构建与我国制造业转型升级需求相适应的人才培养模式。Tremendous industrial design specialty talents are required in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading. There are some malpractices in the original model of talent training. By comprehending the conception of industrial design and analyzing requirement of industrial transformation and upgrading, the article proposes some advices for building personnel training mode. Firstly, recruiting students of the arts should be changed. Secondly, the curriculum system adapted to manufacturing on the basis of ability requirement can be optimizing design. Thirdly, teachers team of possessing the systematic design concept and the engineering practice ability must be established and trained.
