高校传统基础学科毕业生择业路径分析与思考——以皖南某高校为例

摘　　要：当前高校毕业生就业形势紧张,且呈多元化趋势。相对而言,传统基础学科毕业生就业环境尤其严峻,亟待探索就业新渠道。文章考察了高校传统基础学科毕业生就业的流向,并从学科定位、课程设置、学生自身因素等方面分析了制约该专业就业的具体因素,提出扩大此类毕业生就业空间的对策。The employment situation for college graduates which is even worsening shows a trend of diversification. Relatively speaking,the employment environment of the graduates from traditional majors is especially serious and it＇s urgent to find some new channels for employment. This paper discusses the flow of the graduates from traditional majors and analyzes the factors restraining the employment from many aspects such as subject orientation,curriculum design,the students＇ own condition. Some countermeasures for promoting employment for college graduates are presented.
