油用牡丹产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：为探讨我国油用牡丹产业快速发展的市场前景和制约因素,促进油用牡丹产业有序、健康、可持续发展,在调查我国油用牡丹发展情况的基础上,分析了我国油用牡丹发展现状和制约因素,提出摸清资源本底,培育优良品系,加强基础研究,提供技术支持,开展应用研究,加强科技支撑,提供政策支持,构建产业体系等油用牡丹产业发展对策,以及合理优化产业布局、构建油用牡丹产业化生产体系、拓展组织形式等油用牡丹产业发展的策略。The purpose of this research is to study the general market and constraints of oil peony industry and to promote the development of this industry orderly,healthily and sustainability. For this goal,this paper proposed some development countermeasures for the government,which includes resource investigation,quality breeding,encouragement on fundamental and application research,technical support,policy support and construction of industrial chain. Furthermore,development strategies including optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and organization form expanding were also put forward.
