摘  要:目的:探讨微创治疗外伤性额叶脑内血肿患者的疗效与护理方法。方法:对应用YL-1型颅内血肿穿刺针穿刺微创治疗外伤性额叶脑内血肿的70例患者给予急救护理、围术期护理、疼痛护理、并发症预防等护理措施,比较护理前后患者Barthel指数得分、FMA得分、患者对护理服务的满意率以及患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:患者Barthel指数评分和FMA评分均明显高于护理前(P<0.05);护理后患者对护理服务的满意率明显高于护理前(P<0.05);护理后患者VAS、SAS评分均显著低于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:对外伤性额叶脑内血肿患者采取微创治疗疗效确切,配合实施积极护理措施,可明显改善患者预后状况,提高患者满意度和生活质量,缓解患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the curative effect and nursing methods in the treatment of patients with traumatic frontal intracerebral hematoma by applying minimally invasive therapy. Methods: The nursing measures like emergency care,perioperative nursing,pain nursing and prevention of complications were carried out in the minimally invasive treatment of 70 patients with frontal intracerebral hematoma by using type YL- 1 puncture needle,the score of Barthel index,FMA score,the rate of patient satisfaction with nursing service,VAS and SAS scores of the patients were compared before and after nursing care. Results: The scores of Barthel index and FMA were significantly higher after nursing care than those before nursing care( P〈0. 05); the rate of patient satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher after nursing care than that before nursing care( P〈0. 05); the scores of VAS and SAS of the patients were significantly lower after nursing care than those before nursing care( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of minimally invasive therapy is definite in the treatment of patients with traumatic frontal intracerebral hematoma and implementation of active nursing intervention can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients and improve patient satisfaction.
