摘  要:[目的]探讨龟纹瓢虫2龄幼虫对棕榈蓟马的捕食作用,为应用龟纹瓢虫防控棕榈蓟马提供理论依据。[方法]采用室内试验研究龟纹瓢虫2龄幼虫对棕榈蓟马成虫、若虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应。[结果]龟纹瓢虫2龄幼虫的捕食功能反应符合Holling II型方程。随着猎物密度的增加,龟纹瓢虫2龄幼虫对棕榈蓟马成虫、若虫的捕食量逐渐增加,搜寻效应逐渐降低。龟纹瓢虫2龄若虫对棕榈蓟马成虫、若虫的捕食上限分别为41.2、69.9头/d。[结论]龟纹瓢虫幼虫对棕榈蓟马有较强的捕食效能。[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the predation of Propylea japonica to Thrips palmi, which will provide theoretical basis for P. japonica controlling T. palmi. [Method] The predatory functional response and searching rate of P. Japonica 2nd instar nymph to adult and nymph of T. palmi were studied by laboratory experiment. [ Result] The predatory functional response of P. japonica 2nd instar nymph fitted Holling-Ⅱ equation. The predation amount of P. japonica 2nd instar nymph to adult and nymph of T. palmi was increased with the increment of prey density, but the searching rate was decreased with the increment of prey density. The maximal predation number of P. japonica 2nd instar nymph to T. palmi adult and nymph was 41.2 and 69.9 individual/d, respectively. [ Conclusion] P. japonica has strong predation efficiency on T. palmi.
