摘 要:氧在生命体能量代谢和稳态平衡中起着至关重要的作用,是维持机体正常发育和生长不可缺少的生命要素。然而,地球上动物的生存环境有时会出现氧气不足的情况,如在高海拔地区、地下、水中等环境。许多世居动物对低氧适应并不太依赖于器官功能的变化,更重要的是通过对细胞代谢的调整和许多耐低氧因子诱导从分子水平上来适应低氧环境。对不同环境动物对低氧适应的生理特征和相关基因的研究进展进行了综述。Oxygen plays a crucial role in the body energy metabolism and homeostasis in life, it is essential to maintain normal body' s development and growth. However earth animal living environment can sometimes lack oxygen, for example, in the high altitude area, underground, water environment. Many native animals adapt to hypoxia is not too dependent on the change of organ function, more important is to induce up adaptation to hypoxia environment from the molecular level through the cell metabolism adjustment and many anti hypoxia inducible factors. The research progress on physiological characteristics and related genes in this different environment on animal hypoxia adaptation were reviewed.
