摘 要:[目的]筛选出活性较高的产漆酶细菌菌株。[方法]利用含0.2 mmol/L Cu2+的LB富集培养基,从造纸厂污泥中分离得到一株编号为WG35的细菌,并结合形态学观察、生理生化特性研究以及16S r DNA序列分析对其进行鉴定。[结果]经鉴定,WG35菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。用菌株WG35所产漆酶处理造纸黑液,处理3 d后造纸黑液BOD/COD比值可达0.85,可生化性较好。[结论]该研究为细菌漆酶生产提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The study aims to obtain bacterial laccase with excellent properties. [ Method ] Luria-Bertani medium supplemented with 0.2 mmol/L Cu^2+ was used to screen bacteria with laccase activity from activated sludge collected from a wastewater treatment plant. A strain exhibiting laccase activity was isolated and named as WG35. The isolated strain was identified based on the results of morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. [ Result] The isolated strain WG35 was identified as Bacillus subtilis, and after the laccase produced by the strain WG35 was used to dispose black pulping liquid for three days, the ratio of BOD to COD was up to 0.85. [ Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical references for the production of bacterial laccase.
