摘  要:[目的]建立地表水中镍的石墨炉-原子吸收分光光度法。[方法]对试样酸度、基体改进剂、光谱宽带等测定条件进行了确定,对主要升温程序进行了探讨优化,并对工作曲线线性范围、方法检出限、精密度及样品加标回收率进行了测定。[结果]在以0.2%硝酸为定容介质、仪器狭缝宽度为0.2 nm、灰化温度1 100℃保持5 s、原子化温度2 300℃保持5 s的条件下进行测定,标准曲线线性范围为0-50μg/L;方法检出限为0.95μg/L;精密度为2.05%-2.57%;样品加标回收率为88.5%-103.0%。[结论]该方法检出限低、精密度与准确度良好,适于清洁地表水中镍的测定,值得推广应用。[ Objective ] The research aimed to establish the graphite furnace - atomic absorption spectrophotometry of nickel in the surface water. [ Method] Sample acidity, matrix modifier and spectral wide band were determined; main temperature rise program was optimized; linear range of work curve, detection limit of the method, precision and recovery rate of the added sample were measured. [ Result ] Under the conditions of 0. 2% nitric acid as constantvolume medium, 0.2 nm of instrument slit width, 1 100℃ of ashing temperature maintaining for 5 s, and 2 300℃ of atomic temperature maintaining for 5 s, linear range of standard curve was 0 -50 μg/L; detection limit of the method was 0. 95 μg/L; precision was 2.05% - 2.57% ; recovery rate of the added sample was 88.5% - 103.0%. [ Conclusion] The method has low detection limit and good precision and accuracy, which is suitable for measuring nickel in clean surface water, and is worth promoting and applying.
