摘　　要：根据数字地价模型的相关理论,以Arc GIS软件为辅助分析工具,以诸城市为研究区,研究地价模型构建的方法,在土地定级的基础上构建数字地价模型,并针对其结果与分等定级的结果对比论证,从而探索了数字地价模型对基准地价成果的补充作用与价值。According to the theory of digital land price model, taking the ArcGIS software as the auxiliary analysis tool, with Zhucheng City as the study area, the method of establishing the digital land price model and constructing it based on the land grading were studied. Aiming at the results, the supplementary role and value of digital land price model to datum land price was explored.
