摘　　要：以对城市生活垃圾的循环处理为中心,通过介绍平衡计分卡的相关概念,对城市生活垃圾的利用进行可行性分析。并结合其他理论,创造性地提出了平衡计分卡在城市生活垃圾循环利用机制的运用,详细论述了平衡计分法的财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长的4个模块如何应用到城市生活垃圾循环利用机制中。Taking the cyclic treatment on city life garbage as the guiding ideology, through introducing the concepts of the balanced score card, the utilization feasibility of city life garbage was analyzed. Combining with other theory, the application of Balanced Score Card（BSC） in the cyclic treatment of city life garbage was creatively put forward, how the four modules of finance, customer, internal processes and learning and growth of BSC applied to city life garbage recycling mechanism was discussed.
