摘 要:结合现有铁矿含磷高的实际情况,采用Ca O-Si O2-Fe O-Na2O-Al2O3渣系对中高磷铁水进行脱磷的试验研究。研究结果表明,脱磷渣系的碱度值ω(Ca O)/ω(Si O2)为4时,在相同试验条件下,分别用Al2O3、Na2O和Al2O3与Na2O的混合物代替常规的Ca F2时均可达到更高的脱磷效果;造渣剂分两次加入的脱磷效果比一次性加入的更好。当渣系中使用4%(Al2O3)+2%(Na2O)的复合熔剂,分两次加入时,铁水的终点脱磷率可达到96%。Regarding the actual situation of the high-phosphorus iron ore, the present paper studies the dephos- phorization of high-phosphorus hot metal by using CaO-SiO2-FeO-Na20-A1203 slag system. The results show that, under the same experimental conditions, when basicity of to (CaO)/to ( SiO2) was 4, the effects of dephosphoriza- tion using A12O3 , Na2O and the mixture of A12O3 and Na20 were better than that of using CaF2. The effects of de- phosphorization with twice-joining slags were better than the effects of once-joining. When the composite flux with 4% (A12O3) and 2% (Na2O) was used, and was added twice, the dephosphorization rate reached 96%.
