云南某沉积型铝土矿工艺矿物学研究

摘　　要：运用多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和镜下鉴定等手段,对该沉积型铝土矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。研究了该沉积型铝土矿的化学组成、主要矿物组成、粒度组成、嵌布特征及矿物单体解离等工艺性质。结果表明,原矿中金属矿物主要为一水硬铝石、赤铁矿和褐铁矿,非金属矿物主要为高岭石,少量石英和白云石。该研究可作为此铝土矿合理开发利用的参考依据。Applying multi-element analysis,XRD,SEM and microscopic analysis and other measurements, de- tailed process mineralogical studies on a sedimentary bauxite were carried out to identify the chemical composition, mineral composition, grain size distribution, mineral dissemination and liberation characteristics of the ore. The re- sults showed that mainly metallic minerals are diaspore,hematite and limonite;the mainly nonmetallic minerals are kaolinite, small amount of quartz and domolite. The results can provide the basic reference for the rational exploita- tion of the bauxite.
