参松养心胶囊治疗气阴两虚心络瘀阻型胸痹30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察常规西药联合参松养心胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛(气阴两虚兼血瘀型胸痹)的临床疗效。方法将90例冠心病心绞痛(气阴两虚兼血瘀型胸痹)患者随机分为3组,分别给予常规西药治疗(A组)、西药联合自拟中药汤剂治疗(B组)、西药联合参松养心胶囊治疗(C组),各30例。治疗2周后,比较3组患者的临床疗效。结果 3组患者的中医证候总积分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、心率变异性(HRV)和QT离散度(QTd)较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且C组改善最明显(P<0.05);3组患者的心绞痛症状周平均发作次数及每次平均发作时间较治疗前明显好转,且C组改善最明显(P<0.05);3组患者治疗前后肝肾功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西药联合参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛(气阴两虚兼血瘀型胸痹),疗效佳,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of conventional Western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin Capsule in treat- ing angina pectoris （both Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type chest apoplexy） of coronary atheroselerosis heart disease（CAHD）. Methods Totally 90 patients with angina pectoris （both Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type chest apoplexy） of CAHD were randomly divided into three groups and given the conventional Western medicine therapy（group A）,Western medicine combined with self-designed Chinese medicine decoction（group B） and Western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin Capsule（group C） respec- tively, 30 cases in each group. After 2- week treatment, The clinical therapeutic effects were compared among 3 groups. Results The Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome integral scores, Seattle angina questionnaire （SAQ） scores, heart rate variability（HRV） and QT dispersion（QTd） in 3 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment（P 〈 0. 05）,moreover the improvement in the group C was most obvious（P 〈 0.05）;the weekly attack frequency and average attack time of angina pectoris after treatment in 3 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,but the improvement in the group C was most obvious（P 〈 0.05）; the renal function in 3 groups had no statistical difference between before and after treatment（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin Capsule in treating angina peetoris （both Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type chest apoplexy） of CAHD has better effect and good security,and is worthy of clinical oromotion.
