摘  要:目的优选吴茱萸的乙醇提取工艺。方法以柠檬苦素、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱为评价指标,采用正交试验法,对乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和回流次数进行优选。结果吴茱萸最佳乙醇提工艺为,药材以12倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次3 h。结论优选的吴茱萸醇提工艺合理可行,可为实际生产提供参考。Objective To optimize the extract process of Euodia rutaecarpa by orthogonal experiment. Methods With limonin,evodiamine and rutaeearpine as the evaluation indexes,the orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,ex- traction time and reflux times. Results The best ethanol extraction process was that the medicinal materials were performed the reflux ex- traction with 12 times the amount of 70% ethanol,reflux extraction twice and 3 h each time. Conclusion The optimized ethanol extraction process of effective component from Euodia rutaecarpa is rational and feasible,which can provide reference for practical production.
