全髋置换应用于强直性脊柱炎伴髋关节屈曲强直畸形的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全髋置换治疗强直性脊柱炎伴髋关节高度屈曲强直畸形的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析20例38髋强直性脊柱炎伴髋关节高度屈曲强直畸形患者行全髋关节置换术的临床资料,术后随访2~6年,评价术后髋关节功能改善情况和并发症发生率。结果髋关节Harris评分由术前平均18.42分提高到末次随访时平均81.25分;屈伸活动度由术前平均36.3°提高至术后末次随访时的102.5°。结论全髋置换治疗强直性脊柱炎伴髋关节高度屈曲强直畸形近期疗效满意,显著改善了髋关节功能。【Objective】Discussion total hip replacement treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with hip flexion tonic deformity clinical efficacy.【Methods】Retrospective analysis of clinical data 20 cases of 38 hips with ankylosing spondylitis of hip flexion tonic deformity patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,patients were followed up from 2 to 6 years, evaluation of postoperative hip function improvement and complication rates.【Results】Harris hip score improved from preoperative average of 18.42 points to end of follow-up, average 81.25 points, flexion and extension improved from preoperative（26.3±21.4）° to（93.5±25.5） °. 【Conclusion】Total hip replacement therapy of ankylosing spondylitis with hip flexion tonic deformity satisfaction curative effect, significantly improved hip function.
