摘　　要：针对固定视频监控的图像内容检索进行了较为深入的研究,主要的研究内容如下:固定视频背景图像的确定,运动目标的提取,对目标图像分块区域权值的确定、颜色特征值低阶矩的计算、利用欧几里德加权距离计算关键图像和目标图像的距离,对相似度高的图像进行数据库保存并按相似度进行索引、显示检索结果.实验结果表明,该方法的图像检索效果优于颜色直方图和分块颜色直方图等其它方法.In this paper,we have searched for deep research on image content of fixed video monitoring.The main research contents are as follows：determine fixed video background image;extract moving object;determine the target image block area weights;calculate the value of low-order moments of the color feature;calculation of critical image and the target image distance by using the weighted Euclidean distance;save high similarity image database,index the image according to the similarity,display search results.The experimental results show that the image retrieval effect of this method is better than the color histogram and block color histogram and other methods.
