小切口分层置管术联合甲硝唑康复新混合液冲洗在高位肛周脓肿中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口分层置管术联合甲硝唑康复新混合液冲洗在高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法选取2014-07-2014-12间于我院普外科就诊的高位肛周脓肿患者30例,施行小切口切开分层置管引流术,并配合甲硝唑康复新混合液冲洗,回顾性分析30例患者手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛情况及创面愈合情况。所有患者门诊随访观察肛门失禁、畸形等后遗症情况。结果 30例患者中仅1例患者进行二次治疗后治愈,余患者均一次性治愈。此方法具有创伤小、疼痛轻、愈合快、恢复好、复发率及并发症发生低等特点,且对肛周结构破坏小。结论小切口分层置管术联合甲硝唑康复新混合液冲洗治疗高位肛周脓肿疗效好,愈合佳,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of small incision layered catheter combined with metronidazole and Kangfuxin mixture at high perianal abscess. Methods Selecting 30 cases with high perianal abscess who received small incision layered catheter combined with metronidazole and Kangfuxin mixture,and retrospectively analyzing the operative time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain and the wound healing. Anal incontinence and malformation of all patients were followed up. Results All patients were under one- time cure,except one case. The characteristics of the method were with less trauma,less pain,faster healing and recovery,and relapse rate and low complications. Conclusion Small incision layered catheter combined with metronidazole and Kangfuxin mixture at high perianal abscess has good efficacy and healing,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
