中西医结合治疗62例脾气虚型缺铁性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗脾气虚型缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者的疗效。方法将62例IDA患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。其中对照组给予右旋糖酐铁和维生素C口服,治疗组在其基础上采用中药汤剂归脾汤加减治疗,观察其疗效及相关实验室检查指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组总有效率为93.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发应及复发率治疗组均少于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗脾气虚型IDA疗效确切,且不良反应少,患者生活质量明显改善。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination on iron- deficiency anemia（ IDA） induced by spleen- Qi deficiency. Methods 62 cases of IDA patients were randomly divided into 32 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. Control group used Iron Dextran Tablets and Vitamin C,and treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine of spleen- restoring decoction based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and the change of relevant laboratory examination indexes were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96. 88%,and control group was 93. 33%. There was no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）; Adverse reaction and recurrence rate of treatment group were both less than control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy was exact through combining traditional Chinese with western medicine on treatment of iron- deficiency anemia（ IDA） induced by spleen- Qi deficiency,and there was less adverse reaction. The quality of patients＇ life improved significantly.
