摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等方法对缓冲器箱体产生裂纹和拉伸试棒力学性能不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明:三个试样的化学成分均符合标准TB/T 456—2008的要求。2#和3#试样夹杂物级别超过TB/T 2451—1993的规定,尤其是存在沿晶分布的硫化铁夹杂物。这是导致铸件表面开裂,同批次拉伸试棒呈石状断口和力学性能不合格的主要原因。The reasons for cracks on the buffer box and unqualified mechanical properties of tensile test bar were analyzed by means of metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis. The results showed that chemical compositions of all three samples were up to the requirement of standard TB / T 456—2008. The level of 2 # and 3 # sample inclusion are more than regulation of standard TB / T 2451—1993,especially the presence of Fe S inclusions distributed along crystal. This is the main reason that casting surface cracks,rock-candy fracture appears in the same batch of tensile test bar and mechanical properties unqualify.
