摘　　要：本文针对尺寸厚大、形状复杂的高速钢零件的热处理缺陷,从材料成分、热处理工艺、零件结构特点三方面进行原因分析,来优化热处理工艺参数、工艺流程与过程控制,确保高速钢零件的产品质量。In this paper,according to the heat treatment defects for big size and complex parts of highspeed steel,the defect causes were analyzed from material composition,heat treatment process and parts structural characteristics. The heat treatment process parameters,process flow and process control were optimized. And finally,the product quality of high-speed steel parts was ensured.
