摘 要:进行创新效率测度时考虑能源节约与环境保护因素,将有利于区域经济可持续发展。运用DEA两种不同模型,对安徽省2003~2012年传统创新效率与绿色创新效率分别进行测算和比较分析。研究结果表明,考虑能源和环境因素的绿色创新效率明显低于传统视角下的创新效率,说明在不考虑能源与环境因素情况下安徽省创新效率被明显高估;同时,两种视角下创新效率的主要影响因素有明显区别,能源节约与环境保护已成为影响安徽省绿色创新效率的主要因素。It will contribute to sustainable development of regional economy to integrate energy conservation and environmental factors into the evaluation of innovation efficiency. In this paper,two different models were used to measure the traditional innovation efficiency and green innovation efficiency in Anhui Province. The results show that the green innovation efficiency is significantly lower than traditional innovation efficiency,and innovation efficiency is overestimated without considering the energy situation and environmental factors. The main factors are significantly different to the two perspectives of innovation. The energy conservation and environmental protection have become the major factors influencing the green innovation efficiency of Anhui Province.
