摘  要:目的观察家庭自测血压对高血压患者血压变异性和脉搏波传导速度的影响。方法 232例门诊高血压患者经过家庭自测血压培训,进行规定的家庭血压监测,持续3个月,观察监测前后动态血压参数的变化,血压变异性和脉搏波传导速度的变化。结果与监测前相比,监测3个月后的白天平均血压和24h平均压减少(P<0.05);收缩期血压变异性减少(P<0.05),脉搏波传导速度较前降低(P<0.05)。夜间平均压和舒张压变异性无明显变化。结论通过规律的家庭自测血压,患者自觉调整生活方式降压和寻求医生加强指导治疗,可使患者整体血压水平降低,收缩压变异性减少,脉搏波传导速度减少,从而有利于改善患者的大动脉僵硬度。Objective To observe the change of blood pressure by means of home blood pressure monitoring (HBPM) in patients with hypertension. Methods Two hundred and thirty-two patients with hypertension were included to proceed HBPM for three months. The data of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after the home blood pressure monitoring were recorded and analyzed. Results After regular HBPM for three months, the 24 h mean blood pressure, day mean blood pressure and night systolic blood were depressed( P 〈0.05). The systolic blood pressure variability and the pulse wave velocity was depressed( P〈0.05). Conclusion By means of regular home blood pressure monitoring, the total level of blood pressure are controlled lower in patients with hy- pertension. It is beneficial for improvement of controlling rate of hypertension and decreasing of complication. HBPM can decrease the blood pressure variability and the pulse save velocity of the large artery stiffness.
