摘　　要：目的设计合理隐蔽的中段尿留取装置,提高中段尿标本的准确性。方法研制病人可以自行操作完成兼具隐私性和舒适性的坐姿留取中段尿的装置。结果将卧式取尿改进为坐式取尿,便于病人顺利排尿;同时有利于女性或者某些无法在他人协助下留取中段尿液的病人顺利完成中段尿留取。结论这种新型的留取中段尿的装置能有效保护病人的隐私,有可满足病人生理和心理方面需求,提高了留取尿标本的准确性,故适用于临床推广。Objective To design reliable and outline-hidden devices for midstream urine collection, and then to increase the reliability of midstream urine examples and to protect the patient＇s privacy.Methods Devices for midstream urine collection with sitting posture were designed.Results Midstream urine collection procedure was improved from sleeping posture to sitting posture. Patients could urinate smoothly, especially for female or those patients who could not finish the collection without other people＇s help.Conclusion The new-developed devices for midstream urine collection is suitable for clinical promotion because it is effective to protect patient＇s privacy, beneficial to meet the physiological and psy chological needs, and improve the accuracy and the reliability of midstream urine examples.
