摘 要:目的通过利用具有自动隔音和显示心率功能的无线听诊器,提高医护人员在嘈杂环境中听诊心肺音信号的精确性。方法设计和开发基于接收器、发射器、存储模板的听诊器系统。结果利用听诊器听诊探头上显示心率的显示屏,医护人员自动读取计算病人的心率;利用听诊器上头戴式耳机耳罩的隔音功能,避免嘈杂环境的干扰,提高了医护人员心肺音信号听诊。结论通过此听诊器有效提高了心肺音听诊的精确性,提高了医护人员在嘈杂环境中的工作效率。Objective To design a novel wireless stethophone with functions of automatic noiseproof and heart rate display, and to increase auscultation accuracy and efficiency of medical staff when listening to the signals of heart and lung in noisy circumstance.Methods New stethophone was designed and developed based on receiver, transmitter and storage template. Results Medical staff could read and calculate patient's heart rate automatically using the display of ausultation probe of stethophone. The interruption of noisy circumstance could be avoided by noiseproof function of the headphone and earmuff set in stethophone.Conclusion With the self-designed stethophone, auscultation accuracy when listening to the signals of heart and lung sounds was enhanced, and efficiency was increased in the noise circumstance. Due to the usefulness and convenience, the stethophone should be recommended to clinical practice.
