清热除痹方治疗湿热痹阻型风湿病的临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价清热除痹方治疗湿热痹阻型风湿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 198例湿热痹阻型风湿病[包括类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)、强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)、痛风、膝骨关节炎]患者随机分为清热除痹方治疗组(试验组)和湿热痹片治疗组(对照组),RA、AS疗程为8周、余疗程为4周,治疗前后观察临床疗效和安全性,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组总有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(78.33%)(P<0.05);试验组在改善关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍、发热、沉重感方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),对RA、痛风病种的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组降低血沉、C反应蛋白的疗效相当(P>0.05);观察期间无不良反应发生。结论清热除痹方对湿热痹阻型风湿病有较好的临床疗效且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingre Chubi decoction in rheumatics with dampnessheat impeding syndrome.Methods One hundred and ninety eight patients with rheumatics with the dampness-heat impeding syndrome, including rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, ankylosing spondylitis （AS） , gout and knee osteoarthritis were randomly assigned to trial or control group treated with Qingre Chubi decoction or Shirebi Tablets respectively. The course of treatment was eight weeks for RA and AS, and four weeks for gout and knee osteoarthritis. Before and after the treatment, the clinical effect and safety were assessed and statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 91.311% in the trial group,which was higher than that in the control group （78.33% ,P〈0.05） .The joints pain, swolling, tenderness, dysfunction, heavy sense and heat sense in the trial group were improved better than the control group （P〈 0.05） . The efficacy of the trial group on RA and gout was better than the control group （P〈0.05） .Two groups had an equal efficacy in decreasing the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein （P〉0.05） .Adverse events didn＇t happen during the treatment.Conclusion Qingre Chubi decoction is effective and safe for the treatment of patients with rheumatics with the dampness-heat impeding syndrome.
