老年高血压患者居家治疗依从性及影响因素

摘　　要：目的分析老年高血压患者居家治疗依从性情况及其影响因素,为做好干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用统一调查表对98例老年高血压患者治疗依从性进行调查,调查内容为患者一般情况,患病情况和治疗依从性情况。结果老年高血压患者居家治疗服药依从性与患者性别、年龄和病程无关(χ2=0.92、2.34和6.56,P均>0.05),而与患者受教育程度、职业和病程分级有关(χ2=25.97、16.39和9.34,P均<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者居家服药治疗依从性受多因素影响,综合干预是提高治疗依从性的重要手段。Objective To analyse of the compliance and its influential factors of home therapy of elderly patients with hypertension, and supply scientific reference for intervention.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with hypertension were included through questionnaire investigation. Their demographic data, disease severity and compliance were re corded and analyzed. Results There was no significance relationship between compliance of home treatment with sex, age and disease course （P〉0.05） . The compliance was correlated with education degree （x^2 = 25.97, P 〈0.01 ） , occupation （x^2 = 16.39,P〈0.01） and disease courses （x^2 = 9.34,P〈0.01） . Conclusion The compliance of home treatment of hy pertension are influenced by multiple factors in elderly patients, and comprehensive intervention is of great importance to improve the compliance.
