摘  要:目的观察津力达颗粒联合降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将确诊为2型糖尿病的患者88例随机分为A治疗组(46例)、B对照组(42例)。A组在使用降糖药的基础上口服津力达颗粒,B对照组单纯使用降糖药,治疗一月后观察两组的疗效。结果 A组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且A治疗组血糖达标时间、降糖药用量、低血糖发生率较B组明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组A在改善脂代谢方面胆固醇\甘油三酯明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组A临床症状(多饮、多食、多尿、乏力、便秘)改善亦较对照组B明显(P<0.05)。结论津力达颗粒联合降糖药治疗2型糖尿病能增加胰岛素敏感性,有效控制血糖,同时还可以减少胰岛素的用量,减少低血糖的发生,明显改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jinlida particles combined hypoglycemic in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 88 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into group A (46 cases) and B (42 cases) treated with oral Jinlida particles based on the use of antidiabetic drugs and hypo glyeemic agents respectively. The curative effect of two groups in a month were observed.Results Fasting blood glucose (FPG) , 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) , glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of group A were significantly low er after treatment (P〈0.01). The recovery time, the dosage of hypoglyeemic drug, and the rate of hypoglycemia of A treatment group,were lower than that of B group (P〈0.01), The improvement in lipid metabolism TC, TG was signifi cantly better in group A than the control group (P〈0.05). The clinical symptoms (polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, fa tigue, constipation) of group A were significantly improved than the control group B (P〈0.05).Conclusion Jinlida particles combined with hypoglycemic therapy for type 2 diabetes could increase insulin sensitivity, effectivly control blood glucose, reduce the dosage of insulin and the occurrence of hypoglycemia, and significantly improve the clinical symp toms.
