秋水仙碱对皮下移植G422小鼠生存期影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察秋水仙碱对G422胶质瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法建立小鼠皮下G422胶质瘤模型,将80只健康小鼠随机均分成4组,每组20只,其中3组为实验组,分别给予0.500 mg/(kg·d)、0.050 mg/(kg·d)、0.005 mg/(kg·d)的秋水仙碱治疗,另一组为对照组。分别在G422胶质瘤接种后的第2、5天,将0.1 ml药物注射于接种G422部位处,一共2次。用药结束后,观察小鼠平均生存期,并计算小鼠生存时间延长率。结果实验组的平均生存时间与对照组相比均明显延长,其生存时间分别为(44.28±1.07)d、(42.79±1.64)d、(40.09±1.39)d,生存时间延长率分别为57.14%、50.99%、42.86%;而对照组为(28.28±1.77)d;结论在瘤局部注射秋水仙碱可显著提高G422荷瘤鼠的生存期。Objective To observe the effect of colchicine on the survival time of the G422 glioma mice.Methods Model of the G422 glioma mice were established by subcutaneous transplantation and randomly divided into four groups with 20 mice each.Three experimental groups were given 0.5,0.05,0.005 mg/（kg · d） of colchicine, and the control group was given normal saline.At 2 d, 5 d after inoculation of tumor ceils, 0.1 ml colchicine was injected in the tumor location for 2 times.At the end of treatment, the survival time was observed and the prolonged survival time was calculated.Results The average survival times, （44.28 ± 1.07）, （42.79 ± 1.64）, （40.09 ± 1.39） days respectively, were longer in the experi- mental groups than （28.28 ± 1.77） days in the control group.Prolonged survival rates were 57.14%, 50.99 %, 42.86 % re- spectively in the experimental groups.Conclusion Local injection of colchicine in the tumor can significantly improve sur- vival time of the G422 tumor-bearing mice.
