摘  要:目的对胎膜早破(premature rupture of membranes,PROM)产妇细胞凋亡因子半胱氨酸天门冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(cysteinylaspartate specific proteinase-3,Caspase-3)、半胱氨酸天门冬氨酸蛋白酶-9(cysteinylaspartate specific proteinase-9,Caspase-9)水平表达进行临床研究。方法选取2012-02/2013-02月在作者医院进行剖宫产产妇20例(剖宫组)、阴道分娩产妇20例(自然生产组)及PROM产妇20例(实验组)作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学法检测其胎膜中Caspase-3、Caspase-9的表达,并用光镜观察胎膜细胞的结构变化,电镜观察胎膜凋亡细胞的改变。结果 3组的Caspase-3、Caspase-9的表达实验组>自然生产组>剖宫组,各组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光镜下实验组胎膜组织结构呈现出明显的改变,电镜下发现凋亡细胞。结论 PROM产妇胎膜组织中的Caspase-3、Caspase-9明显增高,可能是导致PROM的主要原因之一。Objective To explore the clinical significance of apoptosis factors Caspase-3, Caspase-9 expression in maternal with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) .Methods From February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospi- tal 20 cases undergoing cesarean section, 20 maternal with vaginal delivery and 20 cases of premature rupture of mem- branes were studied.The fetal membranes Caspase-3, Caspase-9 expression was detected by immunehistochemical method, the structural changes of cell membranes were observed by light microscopy, and the fetal membranes apoptosis was ob- served by electron microscopy alter. Results Caspase-3, Caspase-9 expressions were highest in the experimental group, which were ~ those in natural production group 〉 those in cesarean group (P〈0.05) .The membranes structure in the experimental group showed a significant change under the light microscope, and apoptotic cells were found under the elec- tron microscope.Conclusion Significant increase of Caspase-3,Caspase-9 in PROM maternal fetal membranes may be one main cause of PROM.
