摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法的应用对军事飞行员高血压病的临床效果。方法在常规疗养的基础之上,给予高血压飞行疗养员音乐治疗,持续共30 d,以血压、焦虑状态、生命质量等客观指标观察疗效。结果音乐治疗可显著改善高血压飞行疗养员血压控制情况,改善其焦虑状态,提高生活质量。结论在常规疗养的基础上,恰当实施音乐疗法可以提高高血压飞行疗养员的疗养效果。Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy on pilots with hypertension disease. Methods On the basis of routine recuperation, pilots with hypertension disease were given additional music therapy for 30 days. The changes of blood pressure, status of anxiety and quality of life were used to observe the therapeutic effects. Results Music therapy could significant improve the overall control of blood pressure, ameliorate the anxiety and enhance the quality of life.Conclusion Music therapy based on the comentional therapy can improve the recuperative effect of pilots with hyper- tension disease.
