摘 要:目的探讨肠源性5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)与糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)的潜在联系。方法分别测定DOP患者与原发性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者肠源性5-HT的浓度,并进行差异对比。1本研究所有受试者为2011-05/2012-12月间到广州军区广州总医院住院部及门诊部就诊患者。年龄均为50岁以上,DOP患者61例,OP患者60例。2肠源性5-HT测定:上午8~9点抽取禁食12 h后空腹肘静脉血3 ml,3000r/min即时离心5 min后,将血清置于-80℃冰箱保存,采用酶联免疫分析法检测5-HT的含量。3骨密度测定:采用美国GE公司生产的Lunar Prodigy双能X线骨密度仪(dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA),检测各部位BMD。结果 DOP患者肠源性5-HT浓度为(67.48±71.76)ng/ml,OP患者肠源性5-HT浓度为(44.53±34.05)ng/ml,DOP患者的肠源性5-HT浓度明显高于OP患者(t=-2.241,P〈0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论肠源性5-羟色胺水平升高可能是导致或加重DOP的因素之一。Objective To analyse the relations of enterogenous 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)patients.Methods 1The patients came from Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Command between May 2011 to December 2012.Their ages were above 50 years including 61 DOP patients and 60 osteoporosis(OP)patients.2Test of enterogenous 5-HT:3 ml elbow venous blood was drawn between8~9 am before meal.Venous blood was withdrawn into uncoated clot tubes.After agglutination,the blood was centrifuged at room temperature for 5 minutes at 3000 r/min.The serum was immediately frozen at-80℃.The 5-HT levels were measured by a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).3Bone mineral density(BMD):BMD of lumbar spine L1-L4,femoral neck,wards and troch were measured by American GE company's Lunar Prodigy dual energy X ray(DXA).Results The enterogenous 5-HT levels in DOP patients were(67.48±71.76)ng/ml,and in the OP patients were(44.53±34.05)ng/ml,which was significantly higher in OP patients(t=-2.241,P〈0.05).Conclusion Enterogenous 5-HT levels increasing may be the inducing or aggravating factors of DOP
