某岛驻守军人心理干预效果调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨驻岛军人应对方式对心理干预效果的影响。方法采取特质应对方式问卷(traint copying style questionnaire,TCSQ)及症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)对某部驻岛71名军人进行问卷调查,并通过心理干预后观察其变化及相关性。结果在干预前,该部驻岛军人SCL-90除偏执因子外,其余各因子得分明显高于军队常模(P<0.05或P<0.01),消极应对分高于常模(P<0.05)。干预后,该部驻岛军人躯体化、抑郁、焦虑及恐怖等因子分均显著减少(P<0.05)。躯体化、抑郁及焦虑因子前后差值,与消极应对分呈负相关(P<0.05);人际关系因子前后差值与积极应对分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论驻岛军人强化训练过程中,心理问题较多;应对方式会影响心理干预效果。Objective To investigate affects of the mental intervention by coping style of the military personnel in island.Methods 71 military personnel were assessed with traint coping style questionnaire（TCSQ）and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.To observe the change and correlation after the mental intervention.Results Before the mental intervention,all the scores of the factors were significantly higher than that of the military norm（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）except the factors of paranoid.The score of negative coping style was higher than the norm（P〈0.05）.After the mental intervention,the factor scores of body,depression,anxiety and terror of the study object were less than those of that of the military norm（P〈0.05）.The differences between their scores of body,depression and anxiety had significantly negative correlation with the score of negative coping style（P〈0.05）.The difference in value of the interpersonal relationships had significantly positive correlation with the score of positive coping style（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are many problems when the military personnel in island have hard training.The length of stay in island and the negative coping style play important roles in influeneing upon their mental health.
