临床辅助指标预警报警信息平台的研制

摘　　要：目的建立临床辅助指标的自动报警信息平台,减轻医护工作人员在临床上的劳动量。方法采用数据挖掘技术对各类临床辅助指标进行分析,使用Web消息并发机制对消息进行智能派发。结果使用信息化手段可代替医生对临床指标进行持续监控,提高医护人员的工作效率。结论该论文所介绍了临床指标预警报警平台的研发原理,彻底改变了人工监测临床指标的传统方式,具备临床实际应用的可行性。Objective By the means of building information platform which could alarm clinical indicators automatically,the labor of medical staff in clinical work reduced.Method The technology of mining was used to analyze the clinical auxiliary indicators,and the concurrency mechanism of Web information was utilized to dispatch information intelligently.Result By using measure of information technology to monitor clinical indicator constantly can improve the working efficiency of medical staff.Conclusion This paper introduces the research principle of early warning and alarm platform of clinical indicators,which completely transformed the conventional mode of monitoring clinical indicators.And application practice has proved that the innovative method is feasible in clinical.
