复方甲氧那明治疗慢性咳嗽的有效性和安全性临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价复方甲氧那明治疗慢性咳嗽的有效性和安全性。方法以复方甲氧那明治疗确诊慢性咳嗽患者60例,对照组采用复方甘草片治疗。结果有效性:治疗组疗效优于对照组。安全性:11例发生不良反应,发生率为18.33%。不良反应均为轻中度反应,本研究中无严重不良事件发生。结论复方甲氧那明用于治疗慢性咳嗽(排除其他呼吸系统疾病)患者,疗效满意,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic cough. Methods： Using the Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride in the treatment of 60 patients with chronic cough diagnosis,the control group using Compound Liquorice Tablets treatment. Results： Effectiveness： treatment group was better than control group. Safety： 11 cases of adverse reactions occur,the incidence of adverse reaction was18. 33%. were mild to moderate reaction,no serious adverse events in this study. Conclusion： Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride for the treatment of chronic cough patients（ excluding other respiratory disease）,has satisfactory effect and good safety,It is worthy of clinical promotion.
