摘　　要：高校辅导员家访是新时期下大学生思想政治教育工作的有效途径。家访让辅导员全面掌握学生情况,加强沟通,拉近距离,使辅导员和家长在学生成长教育中达成共识,大大提高大学生思想政治教育工作的有效性和针对性。College counselors＆#39; home visits are effective ways for college students＆#39; ideological and political education work in the new era. Home visits let counselors comprehensively know about the situation of students, strengthen communication and close distance, so that counselors and parents can reach a consensus in the growth and education of students, greatly enhancing the ef-fectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education work for college students.
