嵌入性视角下研究生科研创新能力提升机制

摘　　要：网络嵌入对研究生科研创新能力培养具有一定的相关性。以浙江省部分高校管理类研究生为样本的实证研究发现:研究生嵌入在以校外学术会议(论坛)、专家(学者)、虚拟学术交流圈组成的学术网络的程度越深,越容易提升其科研创新能力;研究生嵌入在以企业、行业协会、政府相关部门、第三方机构构成的实践网络的程度与其科研创新能力呈倒U型关系。本文据此提出相关对策建议。Network embeddedness somewhat relates to the scien-tific research innovation capabilities of postgraduates. Based on the empirical research on postgraduates majoring in management in Zhejiang Province, we find that the deeper postgraduates em-bed in the academic network, the more their scientific research innovation capabilities can be improved. The practical network embeddedness and the scientific research innovation capabilities have the U-shaped relationship. We finally bring forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
