摘 要:报废回收汽车合格零部件的再利用是废旧汽车回收拆解产业发展的必然趋势,也是发展资源节约型社会的切实要求,其前提是具备先进的检测技术以确保再利用零部件的质量.无损检测技术已经成为产品质量控制的重要手段.文中以报废回收汽车零部件再利用的无损检测技术为切入点,梳理了射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测、电磁涡流检测和渗透检测这5种常用的无损检测方式以及几种无损检测新技术的应用范围和特点,指出发展更加自动化和智能化的传统检测方法、设计更加合理的检测评价体系、交叉使用多种检测手段、发展检测新技术是汽车零部件无损检测技术的发展趋势.文中结论为报废回收汽车零部件再利用无损检测技术的深入研究提供了可资借鉴的方向.Recycling of qualified or re-useable automotive parts is an inevitable trend for the development of automotive recycling market and dismantling industry,and is a practical requirement for the development of resourcesaving society. The precondition of the recycling is that the testing technologies are advanced enough to ensure the quality of re-usable parts. The nondestructive testing technology has become an important means of quality control.In this paper,the nondestructive testing technology for reusing automotive parts is taken into account. Five nondestructive testing technologies,namely,X-ray testing,ultrasonic testing,magnetic particle testing,eddy current testing and permeability testing,are discussed and the application scopes and characteristics of several new nondestructive testing technologies are generalized. Furthermore,this paper points out that the trends of the nondestructive testing technology for the recycling of re-useable automotive parts are to make traditional detection methods more automatic and intelligent,to design more reasonable test evaluation system,to integrate multiple detection means and to exploit new detection technologies. The final conclusion can provide guidance for the in-depth research of the nondestructive testing technology for the recycling of re-useable automotive parts.
