摘  要:探究表征机械变形压力连接点质量的主要参数,并将模具的几何形状进行参数化处理.采用有限元仿真分析和实验相结合的方法,分析对影响压力连接点力学性能的模具关键参数进行多目标优化的可行性,在此基础上提出针对特定材料只需输入板件厚度便可得到模具几何参数的模具智能选型公式.压力连接点横截面的实验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,通过模具智能选型公式所选出的相关模具得到了质量较高的压力连接点.First, the main parameters representing the quality of clinching points are explored in this paper, and the geometry shape of the mould is parameterized. Next, the finite element simulation and the experiment are com- bined to discuss whether the multi-objective optimization of the mould key parameters affecting the mechanical pro- perties of clinching points is feasible. Then, an intelligent selection formula of the mould is proposed, by means of which the geometric parameters of the mould for specific materials can be obtained by imputing only the plate thick- ness. It is found that the experimental results of the cross sections of clinching points accord well with the simula- tion ones, and the mould selected through the intelligent selection formula is of high-quality clinching points.
