摘　　要：目的研究水溶性凡士林乳液的最佳制备工艺。方法采用非离子表面活性剂OP-10乳化剂、Tween-80、硬脂酸、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和三乙醇胺进行复配作为凡士林的乳化剂,制备水溶性凡士林。结果合成了热稳定性高、成本低的水溶性凡士林乳液。结论选用OP-10、Tween-80、硬脂酸、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和三乙醇胺进行复配作为凡士林的乳化剂,成功制得稳定性好,保质期长,成本低,无毒无味、色泽好的凡士林乳液。Objective： To develop high-efficient methods for synthesizing vaseline emulsifier. Methods： OP-10,Tween-80,stearic acid and hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride were chosen as surfactants to synthesize aqueous vaseline lotion.Result： The aqueous vaseline lotion with high thermal stability and low cost has been synthesized with the blended emulsifier containing OP-10 and tween-80. Conclusion： Aqueous Vaseline lotion has been prepared in this article using OP-10,Tween-80,stearic acid,hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride as surfactants,which show good stability,long shelf life,low cost,non-toxic odorless.
