摘　　要：目标设置理论是近年来研究最多、影响最大的一种激励理论.将该理论引入到个性化网络学习平台的设计与实践中,并利用该平台在实践中积极探索基于目标设置理论的个性网络学习模式,很好地激发了教师对学习者学习的引导以及学习者的学习动机和学习情趣,提高了课程学习的实效性.Goal setting theory is the most popular andinfluential incentive theory in recent years .T his pa-per introduces this theory for the design and implement of platform for individualized online learning ,and uses this platform to actively explore the individualized online learning model based on goal setting theory in practice .It stimulates well the guidance of learner from teacher ,study motivation and interest of learn-er ,and raises the efficiency of course study .
