摘  要:节流元件是自动复叠式制冷系统中的重要组成部分,它对系统的蒸发温度及制冷效率都有着很大的影响。本文主要研究自复叠制冷系统中节流元件对制冷效率的影响。系统选择三元非共沸制冷工质(R22/R23/R14)为制冷剂,该系统中的节流元件有热力膨胀阀和毛细管。首先,研究了系统中两个热力膨胀阀不同开度时系统的温度变化,从而得出了系统蒸发温度与节流阀开度的关系,进而得出了该系统的最优化开度。其次,更换不同长度的毛细管进行实验研究,通过数据的对比得到毛细管的最优化长度,从而使系统具有更高的制冷效率。也为今后自动复叠制冷系统节流元件的选择提供参考。Throttle element is an important composition in auto-cascade refrigeration system,which takes impact on evaporation temperature and refrigeration efficiency.This article concrete on experimental study on the effect of throttle element on auto-cascade refrigerant system.This refrigeration system use multiple mixed working medium (R22/R23/ R14) as the refrigerant and throttle element in this refrigerant system includes thermal expansion valve and capillary. At first, we study on the temperature of the system varies because of different throttle valve opening,so as to get the relation between evaporation temperature and the throttle opening,thus obtain the most optimized opening.Secondly,the length of capillary is changed,then we get the most appropriate length of capillary from the comparing data,so that the system has higher refrigeration efficiency.It also offers reference for the selection of throttle element in auto-cascade refrigeration system in the future.
