煤炭资源回收率市场交易可行性分析

摘　　要：针对当前我国煤炭企业盲目追求短期经济利益、忽视开采技术资金投入,从而导致煤炭资源回收率水平持续偏低的现象,对煤炭资源回收率市场交易的可行性进行了研究。提出了煤炭资源回收率市场化的构想,由市场交易机制引导回收率的提升,降低资源浪费。通过数学推理和理论分析,研究表明煤炭资源回收率市场化能够有效提升回收率水平,延长煤炭资源的使用年限。According to the present coal enterprises blindly seek a short term economic benefit and ignore the mining technology and capital investment, thus a continued low phenomenon of the coal resources recovery rate level occurred and the paper had a study on the market transaction feasibility of the coal resources recovery rate. A marketing idea of the coal resources recovery rate was provided. A market transaction mechanism could guide the recovery rate increased and the resources waste reduced. With the mathematical inference and theoretical analysis, the study showed that the marketing of the coal resources recovery rate could effectively upgrade the recovery rate level and could extend the service years of the coal resources.
