内科危重病患者病程中甲状腺激素水平检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析内科危重病患者病程中甲状腺激素检测结果,探讨其应用价值。方法：选择80例内科危重病患者作为研究对象,按照1：1比例选择80例体检者作为对照对象,均清晨空腹安静状态抽取静脉血2~3ml,分离血清采用RIA测定血清中T3、T4、FT3、FT4的浓度,IRMA测定TSH浓度。结果：内科危重病患者入院时T3、FT3低于健康体检组（P〈0.05）,T3、FT3低于正常水平50例（62.50%）;80例内科危重病患者死亡15例,死亡组患者T3、FT3、T4、FT4均低于存活患者（P〈0.05）;经治疗65例好转出院时T3、FT3均高于80例入院时水平（P〈0.05）。结论：内科危重病患者病程中存在着低甲状腺激素综合征,血清T3、T4水平反映疾病严重程度,可作为一项观察疗效和估计预后的指标,应常规检查,并注意动态检测。Objective：Analysis of thyroid hormone in patients with critical diseases in Department of internal medicine of test results,to explore the application value of.Methods：80 cases of Department of internal medicine in critically ill patients as the research object,according to the 1：1 ratio of 80 healthy persons as control object,were empty and quiet state of venous blood concentrations of 2~3ml,RIA in serum were determined by T3,T4,FT3,FT4 serum separation,concentration of TSH was determined by IRMA.Results：Patients admitted to Department of internal medicine in critically ill T3,FT3 lower than that of healthy controls（P〈0.05）,T3,FT3 lower than normal in 50 cases（62.50%）;80 patients of Department of internal medicine in critically ill patients died in 15 cases,death in patients in group T3,FT3,T4 and FT4 were lower than the survival of patients（P〈0.05）;after treatment for 65 patients improved discharge T3,FT3 were higher than that of 80 cases of admission levels（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The critically ill patients in the Department of internal medicine has low thyroid hormone syndrome,serum T3,T4 levels reflect the severity of the disease,can be used as an observation of curative effect and estimate prognosis,should be the routine examination,and pay attention to dynamic detection.
