摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究经阴道超声引导下穿刺取卵术(TUGOR)麻醉中不同滴定终点的麻醉效果及其对呼吸循环的影响。方法:选取我院自2011年3月至2013年8月收治的行穿刺取卵手术患者100例,将其作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各50例。所有患者行麻醉,对照组以改良观察者警觉/镇静评分(MOAA/S)达1分为诱导终点,实验组以Ramsay镇静评分达6分为诱导终点。对比两组患者的麻醉效果以及患者满意情况。结果:实验组的△MAP与△SBP在诱导后的各个时间点均小于对照组,实验组患者的满意度优于对照组15.0%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在经阴道超声引导下穿刺取卵术中采用以Ramsay镇静评分达6分为诱导终点对患者进行麻醉,麻醉效果较好,降低了对患者呼吸循环的影响,病人可以在术后得到较好的恢复,因此值得我们在临床上大力推荐。To discuss the anesthesia efficacy of different titration end-points in vaginal egg retrival by puncture under transvaginal ultrasonography and its effects on cycle respiration.Methods：100 patients who received vaginal egg retrival by puncture in our hospital from Mar 2011 to Aug 2013 were selected as the study objects, and divided them into 2 groups by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. Anesthesia was performed in 2 groups, and set 1 in modify observation alert /sedation score （MOAA/S） as the induction end for control group, in experimental group, the induction end was that Ramsay sedation score reaching 6, anesthesia efficacy and satisfaction degree of 2 groups were compared.Results：After induction, the△MA and△SBP of experimental group in all time were lower than control group, and the satisfaction degree of experimental group was 15.0% better than control group （P〈0.05）, differences between 2 groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The anesthesia efficacy of setting it as the induction end that Ramsay sedation score reaching 6,in the vaginal egg retrival by puncture under transvaginal ultrasonography,is better, which has less effects on the cycle respiration and helps patients recover well,so it deserves to be greatly promoted in clinic.
