摘　　要：目的:讨论家庭护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量的影响与价值。方法:选取我院已确诊50例进行血液透析患者分为A、B两组。A组25例患者提供家庭护理干预,B组25例患者给予一般护理。比较两组患者焦虑评分及并发症发生率。结果:两组患者焦虑评分比较显示,护理前两组焦虑评分无差异,护理后A组评分显著优于B组;并发症发生人数比较显示,A组并发症发生人数显著少于B组(<0.05)。结论:家庭护理干预能够帮助患者减轻精神负担,有利于血液透析配合药物治疗达到最好疗效。另外提高治疗依从性,调整生活习惯能够控制病情,促进恢复。Objective： To discuss the effect and value of family nursing intervention on the life quality of hemodialysis patients. Methods：Selecting 50 hemodialysis patients from our hospital that have made a definite diagnosis, divided into group A and B. The 25 patients from group A were provided family nursing intervention,The 25 patients from group B were provided ordinary nursing. Comparing the anxiety score and complication occurrence rate of the two group patients.Results：The results of the two group patients anxiety score show that there is no difference in anxiety score before nursing; Group A is obviously better than group B in score after nursing;The number of complication occurrence shows that group A is obviously less than group B（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Family nursing intervention can help patients alleviate mental burden,can better help hemodialysis patients reach the best clinical effect with drugs.In addition,it can improve treatment compliance, adjust living habit, control the disease,promote recovery.
